For the Love of Language #4A Poem by Camryn Jeter
Authors (storytellers especially) and poets tend to exaggerate, exacerbate, and excessively emphasize. I do my believe this makes us liars. We simply tell out own versions of universal truths. Our truths have patches of pitiful and soul in the stitches, and they may be watered down or amplified. Nonetheless, they are fact. All the lonely hearts and searching souls and damp faces at 3 A.M. can attest to that.
