A Poem by Camryn Jeter

I was the bird in your breeze
because if I ever was flying before you,
NOW I soared
and you finally
FINALLY
had someone warm
to keep you company.
And you were the sun
because my entire existence
revolved around you
and at last,
at long last,
you had someone who
was drawn to you as if by gravity;
our pull was the strongest force of nature
If I can be your only,
you can be my last
and no longer will mankind wonder
at how the bird flies of the glory of the skies
but, rather, at us
and how we
always were more marvelous.

It is an excellent write. It kind of reminds of a modern version of Shakespeare. Keep up the good work.
