Limericks 1-4

Limericks 1-4

A Poem by Cameron Troyer

There once was man from France
Who arrived in a bit of a trance.
He was visiting, you see,
From across the great sea,
And had somehow forgotten his pants.

There once was a man from the isles,
Who was blessed with charismatic wiles.
He wasn't that smart,
For when he went to the mart,
He slipped and fell in the aisles.

There once was a runner from the north,
Who arrived on the eastern wharf.
He did not arrive last,
But he wasn't that fast.
When asked, he said he ran fourth.

There once was a man from here.
He wasn't that special, I fear.
He stayed in bed,
Claiming an aching head.
Maybe it's because he's from here.

Haha pretty funny...the next to last line in your last stanza is too long but besides that it all flowed well and was pretty entertaining
