She's a beauty

Beautiful sunset fades into gentle night.

Someday I will find my love and her beauty will be a sight.

Her smile like the Sun, her mind ever so bright.

She will be a source of my happiness, a star in my night.

dear Poet... when I was in High School I could draw and Oil Paint... somehow Circumstances in my 20's and 30's were confusing... and I realized that the Best time to Paint and Pen Poetry is when you are relaxed and inspired. dear Cameron... I might add that since you mentioned in a note that you also write "dark poems"-- I will tell you I tend to write always rather cheerful poems, although some may be Sad once in a while. Many poets have a talent for "dark poems" which depicts Life as it can be at times. It can be positive to share your feelings. It is lovely that we can choose our Venue to write... and also we all have a Thesaurus handy to explain our feelings. Be Brave and believe in yourself. truly, Pat
