Nameless

Nameless

A Poem by The Poet of Black Wings

Like a looming beast.

A monster without name.

It plays a game with our mind.

he is of evil, she is of good.

Both these things, I do not believe.

Merely, he exists.

She exists because he is and simply that.

Through their being here, she drives us forward

And backward.

Pulls us to the east and the west, stretching us thin.

When I meet him, I greet her.

I know him.

They are my friend and my enemy,

and,

when the pull me both ways, I take neither west nor east.

Only travel north.

They don't often listen to my way, or what I want, but I drag them anyway,

Instead of only,

Them dragging me.

I normally get visuals when reading great work and now felt movement too. I am impressed and loved it..
