No colors are needed

Something that came to me randomly. It isn't really about one thing. I'd like to think it's just like a color. A color can mean multiple things to many different people.

No colors are needed today
Not black or white, nor even grey.
Red and blue only obscures our unified point of view.
Other hues only lead fools to certain doom
Purple and gold could destroy our world which is fragile as glass
Staying green is far too lean, it spawns the brown muck for those out of luck
Even yellow and orange will soon fall to enemies both close and foreign
Your rainbow, while so beautiful and lucid, is as fake as the prism that produced it.
No color is needed today
Actions were made yesterday
Our tools forged by fathers now lost to colors we’ve painted them with for individual causes.
No, colors are not needed today, for whatever race, any creed, all honest religion, and hard fought needs.
No colors are needed...today or ever..neither red nor blue
For no color can define you.
