Writers Block

I don't know what to write.

Blank paper, blank mind.

What a horrid sight.

But there's nothing I can find!

 

Should it be a story?

A poem? A song?

There isn't any glory,

In a paper blank and long.

 

I cannot stand not writing!

Sitting down's out too!

My real mind is hiding!

But who can help me? You?

 

Ideas would be appreciated,

Simple, fancy, real.

They don't have to be sophisicated!

Please answer my appeal!

I liked this so much! it describes what we all go through every now and then way more than perfectly.
if your mind is blocked, you can always fix it by going out, and being involved in different kinds of situations, even if they're small :)

Third stanza first line where it says I can't stand no writing. Did you mean I can't stand not writing? I don't know what idea to give you. You're always giving me ideas! Write about a fish that has no friends.
