Wandering

Wandering

A Poem by Callum

Wandering about

dazed in thoughts

lacking and without

a place to be

Silence drums nothing

nothing but white

white room

white walls

white void

fill the halls

of this mind

wasting time

Inspiration lost

a blank page
is the cost

of wanting

needing

slowly breathing

Where has she gone?

the sweetness I savour

Waiting in a white room

upon white sheets

with white thoughts

Waiting in nothing

but the white
that surrounds me

waiting for you to add the color....waiting for you to give it life. I am always waiting for those next words of yours to transform....nothing into something :) Happy fourth, may the fire works bring you light!

I loved this and how you pieced this together
quite interesting how you used the word white
so much n different ways I loved that.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece.

Always waiting in the white emptiness of wonder. Love this, the beauty of longing is felt throughout this write. Wonderful work.

I love this so much! sometimes we get so lost in our own thoughts, that endless noise of ideas running through our minds, to the point where they all merge into an almost inescapable silence, a state of confusion that really only you can save yourself from. It's a beaut will have to read some more!

Waiting....

We all wait for inspiration... for our muse..

Just pull the "white sheet" down... maybe you'll find her there...~xoxo~:)

'.. Inspiration lost ~ a blank page is the cost of wanting.. needing.. slowly breathing.. '

There's more than colour in the whitest white, there's an emptiness that leaves abject misery and isolation.. or so it seems. Losing words feels as if hope's rushing out the door, losing hope is a loneliness most writers feel at times. We expect too much of ourselves, expect miracles when all that's needed is a walk in that white until the mist clears. Or something.

A I love when life brings happiness in the life but at the same time it brings hate and some loneliness's as well which I hate the most. Happiness's and lonesomeness's are the part of the life so if today is your worst time then tomorrow'd be your happiest time and if today's your happiest time then just live with in the time because time never waits.

A very nice concept, a concept which's very realistic. Sometimes our heart wants us to write such kinda thoughts you penned. Nice work!
