It's actually a lyrics I have composed. :)

If you find mundane in the path that we share
suddenly you have this urge of looking away
Or the curiosity in going astray
I hope you'd take a moment
Try to look back

See what we have been through
Measure how long we have gone
Think about the time we stumbled
Holding each other's hands
Remember when you and I stood up
Still your fingers
locked with mine
Listen to the songs we sang
Every note still plays in my heart

Find your way back
Take my hand
Take a step closer back to me
So you can hear the same melody

Find your way back
I will still hold on to your hands
I'll take the remaining steps
So you can hear the same melody
