Wait for It

Wait for It

A Poem by Caladoscope
"

So much going on in the world now. Look up from your phones, your tablets, your TVs and try to be more than a witness.

"

Wait for It

And so I wait
All Quiet and Composed
Trying to be stoic

I’ll sit still now
I promise I will
Try try not to blow it

And so I sit
Watching Life’s Madness
As my Heart Breaks

I won’t move a muscle
Keep smiling at Life’s cacophonous Symphony
And not bother with how my Soul Aches

My New Normal keeps changing
In tight synch with the world
Be sure not to let them see you frown

Watch what you can hold in your hands
Keep your eyes averted to what’s going on
If I don’t move maybe I wont drown

Just sit still now
Don’t let society catch you
Feeling fragile or Bad

If it does

You’ve been Had

So be still now and forget

where you need to be
Where you need to go
What you need to see

Sit in front of what you need to
And hope it’s all just fiction
Not Me
I’m going out there

to say F**k You All I’m Living It All
Before its too Late

Not just reading and dreaming about it
Meeting My Dear Friend Fate
