Do You Know Where The Devil Lives?

A Poem by Cae

Do you know where the devil lives?
He's on 115 N Washington Street
He's got the angels, demons feeling so beat
From the never ending, baking heat
But do you know it's not the devil's fault
Cause his God is our God and he is not exaulted
God is more fucked up than the devil
So this looking pretty dreadful
How can we beat the matyrs before the monsters
So take a load off in salt water
And watch the waves drifting so farther
Father, Son, Holy Ghost
Feeling pretty damn toasted
From the smoke that we deep throated
Do you know where the devil lives?
He's in the basement of the Gods
Fire between his heaving sobs
Don't you know it's not his fault
Spare the devil
Spear the Gods
Fight so hard despite the odds
We're midnight toker, anarchist gods

Judging by the state of play - the devil doesn't have much reason to sob Cae.
End game is on.

I actually couldn't agree with your points more. God is pretty fucked up, if he does exist. I like your blunt and honest thoughts here

I really like this. Brave and truthful words, that not many dare to think, let alone say it out loud in the open. Outstanding :)
