Different Oceans

I said once that we were in different seas

But, it's much bigger than that

More like different oceans

Across the planet

And I'm trying to swim to you

But, I've just blindly picked a direction

I think some part of you is trying too

I don't know

I don't know anything anymore

I feel like giving up a lot

How am I supposed to find you out here

Seems pretty hopeless

And I'm not one to lose hope

I've always hated that about myself

It makes me too vulnerable

But, I'm just swimming in circles out here

Making a bigger ocean with the tears I'm crying

All I want to do is find you

But I don't know if I can

I don't know if I'm ready

I'm so scared

What if I do find you

And the current pulls me away from you again
