Green

Green

A Chapter by Cae

I don't like green anymore
The color has too many memories
Green plants underneath our shoes
Green trees surrounding us
And the sun shining through the green leaves
The rain falling through the green leaves
And the pitter patter of the sound against our tent that followed the rain
The green of your eyes that I fell too deep into
So far I was drowning
I'm still drowning
Drowning in all the green
There's so much green here
Why is there so much green
Your blanket had green on it
The one I slept with every night
I still have the green nail polish you gave me
Why is it so green here
How am I supposed to breathe with this much green
It's in my lungs
It clouds my eyes
There's too much green
I can't take the green
Please stop the green
I don't want all this green

I like green 😕
Anyway, I understand your emotions when something bothers you you simply get fed up with it and you have really portrayed those emotions very well.
