I remember the first day I met you
I don't remember what you said
Or if you said anything
Is it weird how my mind forgets everything seemingly significant
Why is the feel of your fingertips on my lips
More significant than the first words you said to me
I remember the last
"I don't have time for this"
I was trying to say goodbye
"I don't have time for this"
I was leaving
"I don't have time for this"
So I just left, I didn't say another word
You didn't have time for me
You never did

It really hurts when the person you love doesn't have time for you and when you always try too hard to be there for them always. It is so heart breaking to know their priorities. I can understand your situation and feelings. It is a heart touching poem loved it.
