Rest

Rest

A Poem by Ruarc Cinaed
"

This is yet another Englyn, (hopefully you're getting used to them by now), with a lot of symbolism. Technically, it's about a girl...but...

"

Rest

Rest your head, there is no bed to lie on,
Dawn comes, my hand is red,
Cry in pain, for what I said,
Come, lay down, this day is dead.

Darfod.

In so few words. You create a sad vision. Each word having a purpose. I like the direct ending. A excellent poem.

:0 Nice job!
With just a few words, you created a nice structure.
Very well stated, and nice flowing,
very relatable.
I think you got the emotion down well in it. :)
