The mind of a man

The mind of a man

A Poem by Caboj
"

Had to write something about work...been a WHILE

"
Arrive at noon 8 hours more,
Then I shall lock all 8 bay doors.
Through the grease and gunk and grit,
We persevere to always solve it.
What is the apple of my eye?
Tools and boxes and cars to buy.
But what I'd really love the most,
To meet a girl out on the coast.

He solves problems all day
He takes a step back
Finds the reason and rhyme
Uses the tools he worked for
Makes it all right again
And in his mind people are no different
He has a problem
He takes a step back
Finds the reason and rhyme
And discovers how to make it right again
Uses the tool he always has
Except people don't like to understand each other
They don't like being told they're wrong
Or what to do for that matter
So he finds another problem
And gets out his tools to fix it
Peace again.

Please to see new writing. I like the analogy. To play devil's avocate a bit: sometimes people don't need to be fixed.
