The Poem of the PillowA Poem by C.S.JohnInspired by Utamaro's "Poem of the Pillow"
The Poem of the Pillow
begins with your arm around my shoulder, holding me like the breeze holds the willow, tenderly stroking as the night gets older. The Poem goes on with your lip pressed against mine, playing, letting your tongue slip as if we were praying. With our entangled bodies the Poem continues, with sweat and passionate heat, the sheets are our venues as I feel eternity in your heartbeat. The Poem ends as you close your eyes, as your breathing gets steady and slow, as we dream, time flies. What's left is our warmth on the feather-filled pillow.
