Good morning from Spain...early morning,
Interesting to read a poem that talks of love the way I do in many of my poems.
That deep connection is what we all want and strive for. Nothing can darken it once we have found it.
These lines make it so clear to all that read your poem.

Really enjoyed it as I sit here thinking of my life and my connections....
