A Charge, A kiss.

A Charge, A kiss.

A Poem by C.M.Ware
"

Just a simple poem i wrote

"
A Charge, A Kiss.

Two people that should, but won't.
They both lean in but one leans back.
The charge builds, kiss! But they don't.
She's patient, she wants to wait, she lacks

The ability to be detached and she
wants him to be addicted, to think
about what could have been, while he
stares into her eyes, into her soul and he can't blink

Because of the tension. He refuses to be bad,
"Don't just kiss her that's not how you roll it's mutual,"
That charge that moment, the best high he's had.
She thinks she's an angel, a precious jewel

Needed to be savored. They disagree a lot.
They couldn't be a thing. vibrations of a phone
separate them and he leaves, he leaves from that spot.
He is filled with regret, and his desire is sewn.
