I can only assume she must know its me. I close my eyes and breathe her in. She hugs me with sun beams that dance on my skin. My eyelids flutter as her breeze spins by. I open my eyes, I can feel her in the clouds. I feel her in the air, in the sun and the fauna. This is how I connect with my mother. The beauty around me expresses her gratitude. I get to my feet. I have consumed her energy. I feel so lucky to be hers. © 2015 Chenin MarieFeatured Review
