Lovely Strangers

Lovely Strangers

A Poem by Chenin Marie

I don't know you but I love you.
We've crossed paths before, inhabiting different forms, a lover, a friend or a foe. I see glimpses of you in people that I know.
You don't know me but you love me. You've thought of me before, in a dream where you imagine what the future has in store.
We are strangers but we are in love. Matching energy, connected by galaxies above. One day we will meet again, passing each other by, multiple times in life until the time is just right.

I love the language in this, but there were just a few spots where the poem got confusing, and possibly contradicted itself - not sure if it is just my own reading of it though. Nicely done, though :)
