Really count

Really count

A Poem by Caleb Aquilino

Mistakes are made
Each has its grade
The toll each takes
Cause earthquakes
Foundations to falter
Feelings to alter
From the hurt
The bad then asserts
In these times
Love's paradigm
Needs to take precedent
For both's benefit
To fix the cracks
Get us both on track
Words and deeds
Cause us both to bleed
But our true feelings
Is what creates the appealing
Of why we can't be undone
Always overcome
There is no problem that we can't surmount
If you and me really count

I'm just a regular guy. I like writing short letters and poems describing my emotions. I can be intense, whether it's positive or negative. I seem to suffer from insomnia alot. more..
