Busy Lanes Busy Lanes
Why are you always so busy Why won't you clear out a road for me To Roam Freely Your so crowded and everyone's pace is Moving fast Why won't you clear out a road for me to Roam freely No one can keep holding you back You've stayed here for so long And inside your mind Your tough You've stuck through it But trust me when I say You were never gonna last Your bigger then this Tough you will be when you decide to Leave Cause here I'm no longer breathing I'm feeling closed in But it looks like I'm the only one The busy lane people are all talking They conversate politely Are grinning and laughing I'm trying I'm trying I'm dying Busy Lanes Let me get through I promise I won't lead you I'll be on my own I just need to find another way At least for me All the busy lane people They are hurting you Pushing you to leave Why won't you just leave Busy Lanes Busy Lanes Why are you always so busy You've clearned out a road For me To roam freely But why in that way I'm alone, I'm free It was destined to be Everything has changed I look It looks better to me But then why does it feel like I've wronged But I longed for this day So I will keep going I lay for a bit, as I lift my head I see someone there © 2018 CJ |
