I'm sorry I told you my "silly" dreams
I'm sorry I believed your lies
I'm sorry I trusted you with my secrets
I'm sorry I always stood behind you
I'm not sorry
I'm not sorry I'm myself
I'm not sorry I'm giving my time to someone else
I'm not sorry I'm chasing my dreams
I'm not sorry I tell the truth
I'm not sorry I found out your secrets
I'm not sorry I stood up for myself
I'm sorry, but I'm just not sorry.

This is really good. I loved the end especially. It's cruel how some people will try to change another. This is awe inspiring and hopefully will warn others to be the way they are. At first I thought, eh I don't know if I will like this because I am not a fan of every line starting the same way, but then I kept reading and I actually really liked how you don't apologize for being you. You are sorry for not being who they want you to be but you are not sorry that you are you. and if someone can not accept you for who you are, then it is time to walk away. great poem.
