Heart Tattoo

Some friends come
In life like breeze
Touching softly
And staying gently,
Time with them
Just seems to freeze
Placid moments
Held perfectly.

Some people met
In life,  like flowers
Soon may fade
In time and go,
We may forget
And not remember
Goodbyes bade,
Names,  we don't know.

Some leave a mark
There in our hearts
Kept as a treasure,
Affectionate tattoo -
Recalling  may spark
Inside a part
Of distant pleasure,
For we loved them... true.
