Strength (Tanka)

Strength (Tanka)

A Poem by cynthiabuhainbaello

as rain blankets the green fields

Earth drinks the bounty

the Bamboo bends with the wind

...swaying, but it does not break.

*Tanka poetry - 5/7/5/7/7 format.

The storm may be bad but never should it break you. A good message to send. Thank you for the writing
