As I came across the yellowed card
Unfolding many memories
Life pages of long ago
Thinking of those I miss
The lines written there
Slowly became
Soft whispers
My eyes...
Blurred.

Thank you Marie. When I first joined writerscafe I got some nasty comments that bordered on sarcasm and insults, while others used the comment box as a "chat room" . I am glad you liked the poem and the kitty :-)
