Let hope ring....

in the streets,

in the alleys,

in the markets,

in those desolate places,

those dark corners where demons lie

and poor, weary souls abide

Let hope ring...

For all is not lost yet

Hi, Lady Raysira!
It is only Richard, come to partake one of your poems and to repay you for your delightful review to my poem, "Out in our Sun!".
Whether studied well or "on the fly", there is no doubting how deeply your mind, heart, and emotions touch into our own through these words of love, compassion, and yes, "Hope" for the poor and destitute among us in my country, and drastically more-so in your own.
Bless all with "Hope" and happiness who live in squalor throughout the world … are we not all brothers and sisters that, "but for the grace of God, go you and I"?

There is a lot being said behind this short piece if you read between the lines. A great short piece on hope.

You are more than welcome. What amazes me about poets, is that you can express so much in such a little amount of words being used. It's something which I could never do - I have to go into long elaborate details.
