BEGGING

BEGGING

A Poem by CAPOLAVORO
"

These are some words other people want to say towards someone before that someone say something that might hurt them.

"
Don't say it yet
Please give me your forgiveness
Please give me time to accept it
Please give me lil happiness
Please give me time to admit

Don't say it yet
Please let me just hold your face
Please let me touch those pure lips
Please let me have not that space
Please let me have such great grips

Don't say it yet
Please don't leave me
Please don't throw me
Please don't stop me
Please don't forget

Don't say it yet I'm still not ready to hear those words. Yes I know that feeling. Nice job.

Thank you so much. It is good to know that you can relate to it. :)
I can relate. There is always a moment in someones life where they can experience this. It could concern a loved one whom is dying, someone you love deeply who is breaking up with you. A final farewell, if you will.

I really like this, especially as it's true and applicable in various situations.

A fine poem, Capo. ;)

Thank you so much Lovecraft. You are indeed really good at minding some love poems for sure. :)
This is very true. Sometimes you dont want to hear those words, so you try to make them understand, because if they do, only tears will be collected

Thank you so much Surya. I am glad you were able to relate from it.
Please, please, please... With powerful emphasis on an emotional word, and succinct lines holding up the weight of a simple message... I very much was pleased to read this in its entirety... Personally relatable and somewhat tragic... Well penned...
