Deceiver

Deceiver

A Poem by C.M.

You always act like you know what's right;
So uptight,
As if you had the height
Of a windswept kite.
But I say this to you, you trite:
The darkest of night
Is behind the light.

Author's Note

C.M.
This is not to be taken in a sacreligeous, blasphemous, or any other non-Christian way. This is about fakes who want people to look as them as high and mighty, but in reality are worse then everyone else.

I like it. It's just as tekphobik said, "Simple and to the point".

About
As you can tell, most of my writings are corny-love poems. This is due to the fact that I am a hopeless romantic! I value your opinion so if you have any suggestions then please leave comments. more..
