SHOE

It is about a pair of shoes I owned...

I saw my shoe

all broken and torn

and wondered how it felt,

it was beaten up that's for sure

worn even through its sole,

but was it proud 

of its vigorous runs,

its mountain climbing too?

It walked through snow and ice,

survived three dogs, 

and the smell of my feet, 

pee ewww...

So was my shoe a warrior 

or an article of clothing 

this question i leave to you....

(I need new shoes)

got some new shoes but now they're all beat up too! man these things go fast!
