My Mother's An AngelA Poem by Broken Hearted Faux
Mother the light of my life, right from my birth, You made me showed me, my value and my worth. Mother alike an Angel, so much love grace and care, Sweetly in presence, in my heart you’re ever there.
Destined to be special, by God’s fine mighty hand, As long as there’s a Mother, life’s simple and grand. Often a Mother’s role is to rid of child’s lies But indeed who else, can make us grow surely wise?
Then again there’s always, a Mothers smile and praise, Giving you smiles, and ever brightening your days. If I ever do right, by my own children, and this is true, I cannot go wrong; if I make sure they’re like you.
In life there’ve been rain, day’s she wore a frown, But always she’s been there, even when things are down. Part of life is growing old, and the lessons we learn, But a sweet Mother’s love is not something you simply earn.
I was blessed with a truly precious Mother, God blessed me with you, one I’d swap for no other. Just remember, mothers are special, as precious as treasure, Mother your love and care, is beyond all, and any measure.
God can’t always be there, so he sent us Mothers! © 2011 Broken Hearted FauxReviews
