Voices pt 1A Story by Broken Hearted FauxSpiderman Fan Fic! JUST THWIPT ITTossing and turning, it only kept getting stronger. Peter Parker curled into a ball on his bed, fingers pulling at his hair as he grunted and hit his head on the wall. The same nightmare that week hit him hard the moment his head hit the pillow. Sweat dripped down his neck as he rolled over yet again; face strained. He tried fighting it, legs furiously kicking the blankets off as the heat of the room kept rising in temperature around him. He had tried to sleep with the light on, hoping the light would soothe his frequent headaches and stop the nightmares from coming. Day after day he tried to confront the horrific images like a man and continue with not only his job at the Daily Bugle, but as the city's protector, Spiderman. Paaaarr...keeerrr The light above his bed flickered, swinging around the room with the blowing of a storm breeze from outside. The cold wind did nothing to calm his hot body as he finally gave up and sat up in his bed, sheets falling to the floor as he rubbed his eyes and groaned. The voice was deep, calling him, urging him towards outside. Paaaarr...keeerrr He finally drew himself to stand, carefully picking up his suit from the floor as he dressed into Spiderman. Always here....Paarrkeerrr Spiderman shook his head, taking a deep breath to cool himself. He recognized the voice. So familiar on the tip of his tongue, yet he couldn't pin point the exact match. Almost instinctively, his eyes fell upon his black suit hanging in the closet. The mask stared at him, having an eerie grin upon its face with rows of teeth. It was his nightmare come to life. "Venom..." He murmured, looking around his room cautiously. The rain pounded outside his window, hard against the glass. It thumped like footsteps; like men marching in a line. Each drop radiated more pain to Spiderman's aching head as he dragged himself to the bathroom, searching the medicine cabinet for any Aspirin. His hands furiously knocked old Aspirin bottles over, and they rolled around on the floor at his feet. His eyes glared at the empty cabinet before he slumped against the wall with a sigh. Join...Parker...Pain...Stop Again, Spiderman's eyes trailed toward the black suit in the corner of his closet, eyes still set upon him, the devilish grin still there. He nearly considered the option. The pain was driving him insane. His hands covered his ears as he concentrated on the rain, closing his eyes and relaxing. He thought of Mary Jane at work, who wasn't home because of a late shift. He thought of Aunt May knitting on the couch watching the news. Then he distracted his thoughts toward Henry, remembering his help in downtown's battle with Sandman and Venom. Everything was silent when it came to him. He
