Pain

I scream

My nails dig deep into my flesh

Leaving marks

I start Biting myself

ANYTHING

I just want to feel physical pain

Distract me from my mental and emotional pain

Pain YOU put there

Pain YOU wonder about

My empty shell sits 

Hallow

While my spirit is reminiscing

Too hurt to engage in the present
