Midnight Muse

Midnight Muse

A Poem by Broken Wings
"

Just a simple poem that floated into my mind while pondering lover's thoughts before the night's end.

"

Cheek to cheek, Souls entwined, In my eyes, Love you'll find.

Lips to lips, Two are one, In your presence, I find my fun.

Hand in hand, Not to part, In your chest, Beats my heart.

Arm in arm, In our time, Beautiful moments, On my mind.

Step by step, Thick and thin, Ill walk with you, Until old age wins.

Heart to heart, This is fate, In you I see, My soul's mate.

Arms are linked, Steps to be taken, Lets build a love, That can't be shaken.

Dimpled cheeks, Lips so tender, To your love, My complete surrender.

Two hearts beat, Hands entwined, Midnight muse, Love I find.
