My 1st Haiku ever written.

 

Glowing evil eyes linger

Every twist and turn they stare

Feeding on fear of human kind.

My first attempt at a Haiku. Be gentle, but I can take the criticism.

I really enjoyed this... however I don't think it's a haiku (haiku's have 5,7,5 syllables in each line and you have 7,7,8)... unless I'm somehow mistaken!

I can definitely see a "monster" sitting in a dark room eying his prey... wonderfully done. :)

nicely done I really like this.

I suck at Haiku's lol I love to read them, But hate to write them.

This piece made me remember when I was 4 or 5 years old there was this blue street light that looked like eyes and it scared me cause I thought it was the devil lol so when I would not go to sleep my mamaw would say you better be good and go to sleep or the blue eyed monster will get you and she told me I was so cute cause I would close my eyes tight and snuggle up to her for protection lol
