Just something that my mind made up.

Life is a masquerade

Eventually truth will be revealed

Hidden in the lies, everything burns

Ashes and broken dreams remain.

 

Diaries of empty pages

Echoes and words of past filled memories

Consumed in the fires of my heart

As it all starts to fade away.

 

Scattered in the winds of the lonely

All emotions gone astray

Screaming within my silence

Holding all rage and bitterness inside.

 

Wrapped in envy and empty promises

Slowly fading in the empty haze

The thousand tears of suffering torment

When everything burns to the ground.

Only you can fill in the empty .. At 19 you have the whole world in front of you .. Even if you must run with blinders on, still RUN ! There is still much good to find .. At your age I had been married for over a year, and had a baby to take care of, then work ..
We are survive with a little dark inside .. Rise up and take claim to YOU ...
