Ride Into The Sun

Ride Into The Sun

A Poem by *~*Butterfly Kisses*~*

A lonely girl on her loyal steed

Riding into the auburn sun
Into the clouds where dreams exist
In hopes that they do come true.
I dream of only him, my loyal cowboy
To fill this void within my heart
To chase away the silhouettes
The shattered dreams of lonely sorrows.
A soft Texan breeze joins me
Sootheing my aching soul as I ride
Somewhere out there, he waits for me
In the clouds where dreams exist.
I wonder do my eyes decieve me
Coming forth in the auburn glow
Galloping through the ebony desert
A mirage of awaiting romance.
My love, for I have found at last
To fill the void of my lonely heart.
Together we ride in the Texan breeze
Riding into the auburn sun..
