A Casual Conversation

A poem written for a contest based on Fibonacci sequence. Had to use a specific number of words in each verse according to the sequence.

1 Hey!
1 Hi!
2 I say,
3 And you reply.
5 I ask if you're fine
8 A casual conversation. Separating us is a line,
4 You repeat my question
3 That's our conversation.
7 We know we love each other so
1 So?
8 So we tend to have a casual conversation
9 What are we scared of? Unanswered remains the question.
8 Is it that you want me to start?
8 Is that what lies deep inside your heart?
7 Should I be the one to profess?
6 And after that, will you confess?
4 Should I speak up?
1 Hmmm?
5 Instead of a casual conversation,
6 Should I pop up the question
2 To you?
8 But I just can't speak in such a
1 Situation
9 I guess we'll just keep having a casual conversation.

This is very well written. I think the numbers added to the poem in a way that improved the realistic aspect. That may not make sense, it's kind of hard to explain. Long story short, good writing choices and techniques. Great job!
