The Love Story

A poem written for the Blue Rose Cafe Collage Contest based on the compilation of six verses from six famous poets.

I shall be telling this with a sigh,
It sounds like stories from the land of spirits.
Praise, blame, love, kisses, tears, and smiles,
Too brief for our passion, too long for our peace,
How to frown and how to chide,
If Winter comes, can Spring be far behind?
