Love Wish

Love Wish

A Poem by BJ "Bunneh3000" Brown

May every heave of your chest be filled with the best
that my love is capable to give. Each tingle of your touch
lives in the concrete reaches of my memory so that I'll always see
the forever that time promises to be.

Lighten your load of past failings. Your heart ages

tending these depressed stages of an everlong twilight.

A light so dim-pressive. I guessed it to be

the source of your fear's anger when it rose to greet me.

Hoping for that immaculate timing to arrive

when your legs tire and mind perspires

to wrap you in my lavender embrace and chase

away that pain to lift your weary spirit higher.

'Cause the verses that your heart hums to me seek

the majestic rush of comfort that falls about us

basking in the twilight that was meant to be. Lush

embraces baked in the joy your of unyeilding trust.
