ComeA Poem by BJ "Bunneh3000" Brown
Come
and greet the dozens of me
but don’t fear clarity of my facets
‘cause they are the finality of my focus equation
they are the sweet seeds of my life’s situation
And there’s no need for a spot light
the sight of each ‘me’ has it’s own BRIGHT
sometimes they each collide and fight
but the struggle isn’t one of violence
more like a collage of more than one deafening silence
of my soul comfortably losing control of self
and becoming an ever changing CALM
Come
and love the hundreds of me
better place your lungs in strength training
‘cause the marrow of my passion’s might
magnify’s my desire to maul each and every wall
to a point
just please don’t anoint
me as the one who enjoys that type of repetitive destruction
cause with each brick that falls,
the impact’s pain has a mutual call
And there’s no need to fear what we reveal
the freedom of each you is sure to appeal
sometimes each flaw is proof of perfection
but to accept is just the beginning true direction
towards that purpose that sings to both YOU and I
longing to become that canvas of a possible US
and appreciate the resulting sensual celebration
