Becoming

When the sun falls
And the stars arrive
There are these things
That stir in me.

My mind digs in
The darkest holes.
Trying to create
This Hades.

When will these horrors
Ever end?
When will the sun
rise up again?

My heart is slowly
Sinking in.
I am finally becoming,
Him.

The reference to Hades makes me think that when you say "Him" .. you might be referring to the Prince of Darkness. The poem is effective in it's chilling nature, but I find myself wondering what manner of book this might fit into [Cold shivers].
