Captured

A dark room.
Behind a door.
Calling for anyone.
Death is near.
Even with a strong soul.
Fear lingers.
Gruesome images fill her sweet mind.
Hell is almost over.
Ignoring the screams.
Jougs tightly restraining her to stay still.
Kirtle lay on her bare legs.
Lights on.
Men with beards and tattoos walk in.
No one makes a sound.
Oil runs over her naked body.
Pushed in.
Quivering in pain.
Rough at first.
Soft in the end.
They leave, but him.
Under the leader.
Virginity gone to a barbarian.
Wife she will be.
Xeransis her soul.
Yearning for an escape.
Zitella no longer.

ABC poetry. First time ever doing on of these. Plus, it's a bit on the young adult side.

So dark and powerful, I really liked this. A few people already said this, but it definitely makes me want to try out ABC poetry. I've seen it a few times before, but never seen anyone do the entire alphabet. Really creative!

Wow, you've gone through the entire alphabet creating a story, I've never seen that before. The narrative itself is a scary one. The images are clear and disturbing and the whole account of what happens holds the readers attention through dramatic tension.

I presume it sounds a bit on the young side only because of the names involved? To me, it plays out sort of like a mini movie.

This is really creative writing even if it is a bit unsettling. Good job.
