The Colors Of Death.

The Colors Of Death.

A Poem by Bullet Soul

The victim feels, the flame ignite
As she shakes and sobs, alive with fright
He burns the letters, her hands once wrote
She tastes the flames, that burn her scars

He wrote of love, the tale of his life
Blood red ink, he drew with his knife
Blue tears of sorrow, that burn her skin
He stole a virtue, she thought she’d give

Then like a thief, he took flight
Masked with a burden that blocked his sight

Face in the ground, she struggles to breathe
His face shows behind, her closing lids

Violated, a word she cannot speak
Her fault, her fault, she was too weak
Her fault, her fault
She’s all she has to blame

Poison in her blood, rage in her mind
Revenge, revenge, she longs to find
Gun in her hand, peace in her heart
Now she’ll pay, for all she lost

Pressed to her head, she pulls the trigger
Stops her heart, an act of vigor
Ends the pain, brought by his flames

Black, red, blue, the colors of death

This time she feels ice in the night
Alive and bright, too scared to fight
She’ll see his face now, just one last time
Till deaths wings spread, and again she flies

Wow, a very powerful peice. So much emotion and it reallly flows. I can't even pick a favorite part, it flowed together so well. Picking just one peice would butcher the entire thing! Great job!

very intriguing. i like the story, how you've written it. really loved the stanza: "Poison in her blood, rage in her mind Revenge, revenge, she longs to find Gun in her hand, peace in her heart Now she'll pay, for all she lost" a creative & heartbreaking piece.

Is it considered flying? In this situation?
It's really good anyhow.
