A pathway to Heaven, in your blue eyes
Clears the clouds, from blackened skies
Brightens my soul, with just one touch
A love like a blanket, to which I clutch

The angels sing, of your perfect face
They’ve brought to be, eternal grace
Sing songs of peace, from above
Have brought me the greatest, kind of love

As bright as a fire, lit up in your hands
A love that takes me, to fairy tale lands
Lights up a heart, that once was broken
I cherish each word, that you have spoken

Your life a candle, a guiding path
I long to hear, one single laugh
From lips of an angel, a guarded knight
Who for his love, would forever fight

Tears left my heart, bleeding fast
But with your love, my hope can last
Hands that lift, and words that heal
A love I thought, I’d never feel

A blanket of stars, may cover our skies
But never hide, the love in your eyes
Each night I cling, to your side
I pray to be, one day your bride
