Inspired by my ex Girlfriend

Her eyes used to capture me

She used to move my soul

She used to only look at me

For I was the one she loved

 

But now I am not her one and only

And for this I can't explain

But my heart is aching

Yearning for her touch

 

She has moved on

Found someone new

And I miss her terribly

But what can I do

 

I want her back

To hold her close in my arms

And to touch her soft skin

I'll do whatever it takes to make her my baby girl again

 

I'll fight

And never will I give up hope

I can't breathe without her

She will be forever my other half
