I'm done, though words only say so much.

I'm done
I play the friend
Act the hero
Start the caring
Begin the hopes
I pay attention
To you and her and him
And that and it, he and she
But what do I get?
None of these
I admit I'm selfish
But I'm selfless too
And I'm done being torn apart
I wish loyalty would just let go though
Cause I know I'll never be done
