Imagine pain all you want, you're no where near the real thing.

Once upon a time I thought I knew pain
Once upon a time I thought I was empathetic enough
Once upon a time I thought I knew what tears were
Tears, I thought I knew what tears were
What that sweet release indicated
What great sadness was
Once upon a time I imagined what its like
But now that you are gone, dead
I realize how far off I really was
