The Heart In Three Parts IIIA Poem by Bryony Burns
III The Heart Acts
The unfolding of true love; where I lay myself in the folds of history that gladly repeat themselves in full knowledge of being defeated over such a true thing. In a moment, even without you, even inside myself; an all compassing notion; I have everything to give and fortune lies in the challis of my mind. Un-posed. Where we expedite time, your being is a symbol and wreckage is where we parted. And even in that, in quiet subtlety, in the horror about loss and deprivation; I still recall our love as a solid truth that rises above ourselves. © 2011 Bryony BurnsAuthor's Note
